What is the standard warranty on Premier Tech Systems’ equipment?
1 full-year on all “non-wear and tear” parts from the date the equipment arrives at customer site.
Why should I join in on any of the PM Programs?
First, having an expert come to site to monitor your equipment once or even twice per year will only help in the longevity of your equipment and will certainly help you achieve your overall productivity level.
Second, our service representative will keep you updated on all retrofits/upgrades available on your equipment that may improve your production capabilities. PREMIER TECH SYSTEMS invests millions yearly in R&D to develop new options and upgrades for existing platforms. We need to let our customers benefit from it.
Finally, our service representative will be able to refresh your operator(s) with a quick training on how to troubleshoot when mechanical, pneumatic, software or electrical problems arise on your equipment.
In addition to all of this, you get a discounted hourly rate for the technician and either a 5% or 10% yearly parts discount depending on which program you have adhered to. It is a no brainer.
At the end of a service visit, do we receive some sort of detailed report?
Absolutely. The service technician will go through a thorough examination of your equipment, as a car dealer would do with your vehicle. An assessment report will be provided to you with all recommendations on suggested parts replacement and maintenance action plan.

Currently 22 in North America for a total of over 55 worldwide.
How fast can you supply me with spare parts?
Our ultimate goal is to achieve the 48-hours status for all parts meaning from the time the P.O. has been issued to the received parts at your site.
Where do spare parts come from?
PREMIER TECH SYSTEMS operates 2 parts depots in North America, one in Quebec, Canada and one in California, USA. Through our sister company, CHRONOS RICHARDSON SYSTEMS, we can also provide parts from France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and Thailand.
Are any of your spare parts proprietary?
No. None of our regular “off the shelf” parts are proprietary to PREMIER TECH SYSTEMS. We even provide the supplier’s name and part numbers so you may get your parts locally through different vendors. Your uptime is our number #1 priority.
Can Premier Tech Systems provide us with suggested spare parts lists so we can have parts on our shelves for quick replacement?
Of course. You just have to contact our service team at 418-867-8884 and we will provide you with a suggested parts list and pricing.
Should we take the modem option when purchasing a Premier Tech Systems equipment?
Undoubtedly YES. It is a “must” for troubleshooting from a distance. That is the only way we can fix software glitches without having to come to your site.
