Production Data Management System (PDMS)

PDMS is a data management system intended to help our customers better monitor their production. Data such as starting date and time, number of bags per minute, total number of units produced for the period, downtime, reasons (faults), and fault description are just a few of the items the PDMS reports can produce. This is relevant information to maintain and increase the productivity of the equipment or production cell. The data collection is done on Excel spreadsheets that let users format the data as they see fit. For example, they can produce bar graphs or pie charts as needed.
